Returns + Exchange Policy

At Definite Articles, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged or defective products. You have 30 days to return an item from your date of purchase, and you’ll receive a refund of your payment.

Please note that items that are returned in unsuitable conditions will be sent back to the original shipping address.

We’ll send an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return.

Final sale items may not be returned.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Because we want you and your feet to feel good, we offer free shipping to make it seamless for you. Just use the prepaid return label that is included in your order.

Please be patient and allow up to 14 days after we receive your return or exchange for your bank to post the refund. But if your refund is for a store credit, it will be available as soon as your return is received and processed.

No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges.
