What's your return + exchange policy?

From November 1st through December 31st, we will accept returns through January 31, 2025. Final sale items may not be returned, however.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Should you wish to make a return or exchange, simply follow these steps.

1. Retrieve your order number from the order confirmation email. Note: Order numbers start with #23. You'll need your shipping zip code as well.

2. Visit our returns portal at https://definitearticles.happyreturns.com/ and follow the instructions to initiate a return or exchange.

3. You’ll receive an email confirmation once we’ve processed your return.

4.Your refund (or exchange) will be issued to the method of purchase once we receive the item.

When can I expect my refund?

You can expect a refund within 10 business days of shipping the return back to us via the prepaid shipping label. We will send a confirmation email as soon as we issue a refund.

Will I be refunded for shipping if I return or exchange an item?

If you paid for shipping - either because you spend less than $50 or upgraded the shipping option - we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

Can I return an item after it’s been washed?

Unfortunately, no. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed and undamaged products. However, if your product has a defect that presents itself post wash, please let us know and we'll get you a replacement.

What if I received a damaged product?

We make every effort to ensure the integrity of every order. However, if you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the damage and send this to questions@definitearticles.com along with your order number. We’re sorry, but don’t worry – we’ve got you covered.
