You do not need an account to order your Definite socks. You may checkout as a guest. But you may want to sign up. With an account, you’ll have exclusive access to new product announcements and promotions.

We accept all mayor credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

We will cancel the order and issue a full refund if you contact us by email before your order has been processed in our warehouse. Typically, this
occurs 24-48 hours after you place the order.

Shipping, Returns + Exchanges

You will receive all the necessary tracking details in a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. If there are any issues, please reach out to us via our email - contact@definitearticles.com - and provide your details and order number. We’ve got you.

Because we want you and your feet to feel good, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50.

To get our socks to your feet, we offer standard as well as expedited shipping. Just choose the service you prefer when placing your order. All shipping methods have online tracking.

For now, the Definite socks only ship within the U.S. We constantly strive to improve the shopping experience, however, and we hope to provide this option in the near future.

When can I expect my refund?

Please be patient. We will process your return immediately when we receive your item to our warehouse. But it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. While we submit the refund immediately, your bank or credit card company still must process the refund and apply it to your account. Processing time can vary between banks. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we issue a refund.
